Custom laser parts, especially bracketry, often leave one design element until after finishing: fastening and mounting. Although holes of any shape or size can be laser cut into any part, often the holes will need threading, specifically in thicker plate parts, to help with some type of mounting or fixturing in the future. Our ability to combine laser cutting and machine shop can take care of all of these needs, including the ability to make custom fixturing for small or previously laser cut parts. The inclusion of traditional machining with cutting edge laser cutting gives us the best of both worlds when it comes to your unique designs, and because it is all in-house, there are never added delays to ship between facilities.
