Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting service is our primary focus, and we have invested in a 6000W fiber CNC laser cutter that can handle mild steel plates up to 1″ thick and stainless and aluminum up to ½” thick. On the other end of the scale, we can cut as thin as 18ga., or even thinner at 26ga. in stainless steel material. Our cutting bed can accommodate sheets up to 60″ x 120″ in size, and our two-bed shuttle table allows us to stage parts as the machine is cutting for even faster turnaround on large part quantities.

Laser cutting offers virtually unlimited flexibility when designing laser cut parts. Flat parts like small 2 inch by 2 inch washers, all the way up to pieces that consume the majority of a 60 inch by 120 inch sheet, can be precisely cut using our laser cutting technology. Even pieces larger than the standard sheet size can be made by “puzzle locking” the mating faces and fabricating them after cutting to maintain the precision and strength of the part. Tapped holes, rolled curves, bent angles, and welded joints are other ways we can increase the complexity and functionality of your projects.

Part marking for labeling is a valuable service we offer, allowing you to easily identify and organize your laser-cut components. Our laser marking capabilities ensure clear and precise labeling on various materials, streamlining your production processes. Additionally, our “stitch” cutting technique enables us to create parts that require further processing while keeping the blank intact until that stage. This approach ensures precision and integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
